RUMOR: sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence is already in development

For many players, A Plague Tale: Innocence was one of the biggest surprises of the year. The title of Asobo Studio debuted with a very good reception on consoles and PCs, this due to its proposal and its great quality. At the time of writing this, the title is already considered a commercial success.

For this reason, part of the community believes that it is a matter of time for Asobo Studio to work in a sequel. Surprisingly, a rumor has just emerged that ensures that the study is already developing a second part of A Plague Tale: Innocence.

The information comes from the French XboxSquad site (via Eurogamer). The specialized media affirms that the sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence is a reality and will be announced next year.

It is also mentioned that the new installment may be ready by some time in 2022. The source contacted Focus Home Interactive to corroborate the information. The company did not deny the rumor, as it only indicated that it will talk about the next Asobo game in the future.
