Fortnite: Season 3 was delayed once again

The past few days have been delicate due to the social struggles against racism that are taking place in the United States and in other parts of the world. This is why Epic Games made the decision to delay Fortnite: Battle Royale Chapter 2 Season 3 again.

Through a statement, Epic Games announced that Season 3 will be postponed again. Thus, Battle Royale players will have to wait until June 15 to enjoy. The Device, a live event that will mark the end of the current season of Battle Royale. For its part, Season 3 will run until June 17.

“Recent events are a great reminder of the continuing injustices in society, from the denial of basic human rights to the impact of both visible and subtle racism against people of color. We are very aware of the pain that our friends, families, team members, players and communities suffer, ”explained Epic Games.

In its statement, Epic noted that its members are eager to release Fortnite: Battle Royale Season 3. However, they consider it important to balance the launch with time so that “the team focuses on themselves, their families and their communities.”
